This is a small private studio dedicated to one-on-one instruction for students of all ages. Each student is seen as unique and is taught in a way that best suits him or her.
All piano lessons feature a balance of technical and musical elements. Lessons also focus on the development of a comfortable approach to the piano. Physical movements are carefully monitored so musicians learn how to play efficiently and with freedom.
Students are encouraged to explore all the various styles of music and to develop an appreciation of their different characteristics; from Classical to Jazz, the Blues to modern Rock and Alternative.
Students may be interested in taking Royal Conservatory of Music examinations, or playing in local music festivals and competitions, or simply learning to play for their own enjoyment. Sharing music in duets, trios, and participation in festivals and competitions is encouraged.
